Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, unfortunately, we cannot hold a property before an application is submitted. Properties are available on a first-come, first-served basis for approved applicants. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Generally, you are required to pay the security deposit and the first month’s rent prior to move-in. Last month’s rent is typically not required upfront. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the security deposit is refundable, provided the lease terms are fulfilled, and the property is returned in the same condition as when you moved in, minus normal wear and tear. -
Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner may be required if an applicant does not meet specific credit or income requirements. Cosigners must also complete an application and meet screening criteria. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
To apply, please visit our website and complete the online application. Each applicant over 18 must submit a separate application and pay the non-refundable application fee. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent payments can be made through our secure online tenant portal, accessible 24/7 for convenience. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
First, check your lease to see if pets are permitted. If allowed, please contact us for approval. Additional fees or deposits may apply, and certain breeds may be restricted. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
Please reach out to the office to discuss if this is allowed in your specific situations based on the lease agreement. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
Refer to your lease for move-out notice requirements and provide 30-day written notice of your intention to vacate within the specified timeframe. Our team will guide you through the move-out process. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Tenants are responsible for minor upkeep and repairs, such as replacing light bulbs or maintaining the yard. For larger maintenance needs, such as plumbing or HVAC issues, please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. Our team will review and address it as specified in the lease.
